mRNA BU is looking for an Biochemical Technician.

 

Joinin the mRNA QC Lab, you will be part of a dynamic and result-driven environment and you will gain and in-depth experience of a GMP Quality control lab passionate about new projects and technology tranfers. Leveraing your experience with PCR, sequencing, test on mRNA and lipids, you will specifically focus on the following tasks:

⢠Perform analyses following specified instructions from team leader and supervisor, SOPs and analytical procedures;

⢠Analyze data and results;

⢠Provide testing support for production of mRNA drugs and other;

⢠Support in the implementation of protocols reports and documents and ensure their management according to current GMP, SOPs and guidelines;

â¢Ensure correct management of analytical documentation;

â¢Support instrument calibration, following SOPs and protocols;

⢠Learn to perform analysis effectively and in GMP compliance, mainly on mRNA and lipids;

⢠Run and dispose samples.

 

How will you get there?

⢠Degree in Biotechnology / CTF or other Scientific field

⢠Previous experience Biochemical laboratory is needed. Experience in a GMP QC lab is a plus.

⢠Ability to perform common biotech and biochemical analysis: experience in PCR/qPCR, sequencing, DLS is strongly preferred. Experience in HPLC and CGE is a plus.

⢠English and Italian languages (professional knowledge)

⢠Good knowledge of Office Suite
