Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Expertise:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.
- Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.
- Provide input to enhance overall state performance.
- Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.
Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.
- Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.
- Participate in business discussions with the Division Manager.
Product Support:
- Assist with product marketing and launches.
- Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.
- Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.
Ethical Approach:
- Demonstrate sound ethical character.
- Prioritize customer needs and solutions.
Qualifications:
- University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
- Experience in mitral therapies, structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.
- Customer-focused and service-minded.
- Team-oriented problem solver.
