Webuild sta cercando una risorsa da inserire in stage nel dipartimento di Subsidiaries Business Coordination.

Il tirocinio extracurriculare, con sede di lavoro Milano, ha durata di 6 mesi e prevede un’indennità di 800€, oltre che l’accesso gratuito alla mensa aziendale.

 

Principali attività

Con la supervisione del tutor aziendale, la nuova risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione e allineamento strategico di processi, procedure e modelli organizzativi delle Società Partecipate in ottica di efficientamento e allineamento al modello di Gruppo;
  • Preparazione di analisi e reportistica in PowerPoint ed Excel finalizzata alla discussione con responsabili di funzione e top management di Webuild;
  • Collaborazione con i membri del dipartimento di Corporate Development, di cui fanno parte i responsabili M&A, Asset Management ed Operations Controlling;
  • Confronto continuo con tutto il management e i principali membri operativi delle Partecipate nel perimetro di gestione per il monitoraggio strategico del business.

 

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria gestionale o simili;
  • Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese (C1). Gradita laurea magistrale in inglese;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Gradita esperienza di stage in società di consulenza internazionali;
  • Desiderio di imparare, motivazione e voglia di fare;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, atteggiamento positivo e collaborativo.
