Webuild is looking for a Subsidiaries Business Coordination Intern. The internship, based in Milan, will last 6 months and include an allowance of 800€, as well as free access to the company canteen.

 

Main activities
Under the supervision of the company tutor, the new resource will be involved in the following activities:

  • Strategic management and alignment of processes, procedures and organisational models of the Investee Companies with a view to streamlining and aligning with the Group model;
  • Preparation of analyses and reports in PowerPoint and Excel for discussion with department heads and top management at Webuild;
  • Collaboration with members of the Corporate Development department, which includes the heads of M&A, Asset Management and Operations Controlling;
  • Continuous dialogue with all management and key operational members of the subsidiaries in the management perimeter for the strategic monitoring of the business.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar;
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1). Master's degree in English preferred;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Preferable internship experience in international consulting companies;
  • Desire to learn, motivation and drive;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and collaborative attitude.
