You will provide specialist and technical field support to customers with a focus on Quality System solutions, supporting the Account Managers and sales team in selling more. This includes pre-sales activities such as demos, presentations, pre-installation meetings, workflow analysis for the assigned product line. You will also provide application support on the field, IT connectivity, and customer trainings to assure customers can properly use the Bio-Rad Quality controls and systems solutions to generate quality results. Reaching customer satisfaction and increasing Bio-Rad’s brand image loyalty is the focus. The ability of multitasking, communication, working successfully and efficiently within high-functioning team and with other functions is as important as being able to resolve customers’ issues.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support Account-and Key Account Managers by analysing customers’ technical or organizational difficulties and needs and by elaborating relevant projects.
  • Recommend technical solutions, including answering customers’ questions about the use of Quality System solutions, on site or by remote access. Organize and conduct demos.
  • Organize and execute hardware and software set-up and on-site customer trainings.
  • Explain technical solutions and benefits, help customers in implementing the Quality System solutions by supporting the installation and go live process (reagents, software, LIS connection, hardware, and software connectivity)
  • Support the Sales Team and Distributors' sales activities to ensure territory and regional sales targets are achieved.
  • Provide field application support when required and requested by the Customer Technical Support team and/or the customers.
  • Document all the activities and additional information gathered in CRM Salesforce.
  • Collect feedback from the field and information on the product line e.g., application, hardware and software features requested by customers and/or provided by competition and report information in SFDC.

 

What You Bring

  • Scientific background coupled with business acumen.
  • 2 or more years of experience in the healthcare sector (IVD company, healthcare industry, hospitals laboratory, CoreLab, medical device market)
  • Experience with diagnostic laboratory environment (instruments, software, workflow)
  • Basic experience or aptitude for the IT solutions present in a Laboratory of Clinical Medicine (middleware, LIS, IVD software), connectivity and statistics.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and elaborate relevant technical solutions based on Bio-Rad’s product portfolio.
  • Very good demonstrating and presenting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple high priority activities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach
