    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading italian company operating in high quality manufacturing products.

    Job Description

    The Commercial Director will be responsible for managing the commercial department and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the sales force, with the aim of ensuring a positioning of competitive market and in line with company expectations, in order to achieve and guarantee the objectives pre-established.

    ▪ Define and implement the company's commercial strategy, in accordance with the company's guidelines Board;

    ▪ Direct and coordinate the activities of the commercial area and manage relationships with other internal stakeholders;

    ▪ Follow the trend of the markets of interest by analyzing the present and future needs of customers and the

    strategic positioning of competitors;

    ▪ Carry out strategic analysis of markets globally in order to identify opportunities

    business, organic/inorganic expansion of the company and evaluate any strategic agreements with partners

    of the same value chain (special projects, JV, M&A);

    ▪ Provide guidelines for the organization's research and development, keeping it updated

    information on the technological evolution of products on the market;

    ▪ Represent the company at strategic business meetings with high-level customers and stakeholders

    profile;

    ▪ Manage the entire commercial area at human resources level, suggesting implementations and changes

    and talent development plans;

    ▪ Maintain a constant flow of communication with the CEO, the Steering Committee and the Shareholders.

    The Successful Applicant

    ▪ Specialist degree in engineering and/or economic disciplines (any master's courses will come

    considered a plus);

    ▪ Solid skills gained in business to business industrial companies;

    ▪ Familiarity with sales business models in continuous production company, possibly but not

    necessarily within chemical/plastic supply chain;

    ▪ The ideal profile has a technical background and has managed a P&L in complete autonomy;

    ▪ Strong proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit;

    ▪ Leadership skills, charisma and authority;

    ▪ Fluent knowledge of the English language;

    ▪ Availability to travel;
