Commercial Director

Our client, a leading company in high-quality manufacturing products, is seeking a skilled Commercial Director to lead their commercial department and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Define and implement the company's commercial strategy in line with company guidelines, aiming to achieve pre-established objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate the activities of the commercial area, manage relationships with internal stakeholders, and oversee human resources.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to identify business opportunities and evaluate strategic agreements.
  • Research and Development Guidance: Provide guidelines for research and development, staying updated on technological evolution of products.
  • Business Representation: Represent the company at strategic business meetings with high-level customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Specialist degree in engineering and/or economic disciplines (master's courses are a plus).
  • Experience: Solid experience in business-to-business industrial companies, preferably in the chemical/plastic supply chain.
  • Skills: Strong proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, charisma, and authority, with fluency in English.
