About the Role:

Antal International Network, a leading multinational headhunting company, is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute clear sales strategies and objectives aligned with our company's sales strategy.
  • Provide accurate inputs for forecasting and operational planning to meet customer needs and optimize business performance.
  • Manage prices, commercial conditions, credit lines, exposures, and payments to ensure seamless customer relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional customer teams and participate in sales projects to drive business growth.
  • Sales forecasting, planning, and execution to meet customer needs and optimize business performance.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, implement their plans, monitor actions, manage relationships, and conduct negotiations.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to launch new products at the customer in line with our sales strategy.
  • Identify potential business development opportunities and provide technical assistance on marketed products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the Office package.
  • Entrepreneurship and pro-activity.
  • Willingness to work in teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
