La figura di Claims Advocate o Loss Adjuster si occuperà dellâattività di preparazione, quantificazione e negoziazione di sinistri complessi General Liability con un particolare focus sui sinistri Re Call, RCP, Tampering, Environmental.

Tipologia di Attività:

  • Supporto ed affiancamento ai clienti nella predisposizione della migliore strategia volta alla massimizzazione del risultato
  • Esame preventivo e strategico della documentazione
  • Analisi delle varie responsabilità contrattuali dei soggetti terzi eventualmente coinvolti nella causazione dellâevento
  • Attività di relazione, coordinamento, trattativa con le Compagnie assicuratrici, legali, periti di soggetti terzi ai fini del recupero del danno diretto ed indiretti
  • Attività di preparazione, quantificazione e negoziazione del claim assicurativo

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza decennale nella gestione di sinistri complessi (richieste di risarcimento superiori a 1.000.000 Eur) in ambito General Liability come Consulente/liquidatore o liquidatrice Claims o Loss Adjuster.
  • Lingua inglese fluente
  • Spiccate doti relazionali per interagire con clienti, assicuratori, legali 
  • Comprovata esperienza tecnico/assicurativa legata alle garanzie di polizza relative a complessi programmi internazionali in ambito General Liability
  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza
