About the Role:

 

We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a maternity leave replacement in Customer and Collection Accounting. The resource will be included in the account receivables BU function of Ferrero Commerciale Italia.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the process assigned (monitor invoicing, customer reconciliations, transitory accounts clearing, customer credit monitor)
  • Monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online remittances
  • Credit notes posting and customer data update on SAP, as per the policy
  • Payments and customer daily clearing
  • VAT awareness related to the treatment of tax invoice/ credit notes processing depending on the specific case
  • Analyzing customer account statements and arrange refunds if necessary, in agreement with sales force
  • Possible involvment in projects related to customers and collection accounting in BU function

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • Degree in Business Management (Master is a plus)
  • Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environment;
  • Analytical mindset
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounting is a plus
