**About the Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- To provide the development laboratories with the best raw materials available in the market
- To research and tweak ad hoc raw material to be used in the development of finished products
- For raw materials supports the preparation and issuing of the related specifications and analyses the data of experimental testing and taste, suggesting modification, and participating to the taste analyses to assess shelf life
- Verifies the used raw materials possible improvement, through the study of technological-productive interventions among suppliers and through the study of alternative raw materials, supporting R&D Raw materials Group
**Who we are looking for**:
- Knowledge of raw materials, ingredients production and applied technologies, 1-3 years of experience in similar roles is appreciated
- Master Degree in Food Technology or related fields
- Problem-solving, flexibility, team work, adaptability and aptitude to teamwork
- Good fluency in English
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
