Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Revenue Specialist, the Reservations Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Reservations Department to achieve rooms sales targets and maximize revenue. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, highly motivated, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level. He/She needs to have strong understanding of distribution platforms, programs and channels.
- At least a 2-year experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury property - Ability to use Opera Cloud PMS - Knowledge of SynXis Channel Manager.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English language and Italian. Third language is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Revenue Management System (G3 Ideas) would be extra beneficial.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and refined manners.
