Prestigioso Hotel 5 Stelle Luxury sito in Costiera Amalfitana, è alla ricerca di un/una Reservations & Sales Agent.
La risorsa individuata sarà responsabile della gestione delle prenotazioni e assisterà i clienti nel processo di prenotazione.
Requisiti fondamentali:
- Esperienza di almeno un anno nel settore alberghiero luxury
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta. La conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua sarà considerata un plus.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei software gestionali (Fidelo Opera, SynXis Channel Manager. IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System)
- Orientamento al cliente: comprendere ed eccellere nel fornire i servizi ai clienti
