Vorresti lavorare in un team che si occupa di fornire assistenza ai principali clienti di UPS Healthcare Italia?

Il team Operations è responsabile di tutte le aree core del business di UPS Healthcare, gestendo i processi di magazzino, l’Inventory e le attività di Customer Service & Data Management.

Quali attività svolgerai:

  • Gestione degli inbound dai fornitori per conto delle aziende mandanti;
  • Allineamenti di stock con le aziende mandanti;
  • Gestione prodotti non vendibili: stoccaggio, preparazione delle merci alla distruzione, gestione dei trasferimenti degli stessi presso i siti addetti allo smaltimento dei prodotti non vendibili;
  • Gestione delle VAS, operazione di etichettatura, allestimento espositori/display box;
  • Comunicazione costante con il personale di magazzino, Inventory e di funzioni di staff quali IT, Quality Assurance ed Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo per la gestione di problematiche complesse;
  • Coordinamento gruppo di lavoro.

Di cosa avrai bisogno:

  • Siamo flessibili, ma idealmente hai un diploma di secondo grado;
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in aziende pharma o di logistica pharma strutturate;
  • Hai esperienza dei processi di magazzino (inbound-picking-outbound);
  • Preferibile la conoscenza della materia DGR e dei processi relativi alle materie pericolose;
  • Hai familiarita` con il sistema qualita`;
  • Possiedi un buon livello di Excel;
  • Hai acquisito una buona familiarità con l’analisi di dati e gestione database;
  • Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese orale e scritta per interfacciarti all’occorrenza con Manager e stakeholders europei.
