Your opportunity

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team Demand Planning nel nostro HQ di Padova.

How you will contribute

  • Sviluppare la previsione di vendita per l’area commerciale/cliente di riferimento;

  • Confrontarsi periodicamente con i responsabili commerciali o con i clienti e con il marketing per verificare ed attuare, se necessario, l’allineamento delle previsioni di vendita con i sales plan e gli obiettivi di business;

  • Gestire le previsioni della domanda per i successivi 12-15 mesi rolling a livello di singola Sku.

  • Analizzare i dati storici e identificare i principali “driver” della domanda, verificare l’accuratezza dei dati di forecast, contribuire allo sviluppo dei modelli statistici per il calcolo delle previsioni di vendita e valutare i risultati del forecast;

  • Garantire la continua e tempestiva comunicazione di priorità e informazioni tra le diverse funzioni aziendali con particolare attenzione al ruolo di collegamento con le aree Marketing, Sales e Supply Chain ;

  • Svolgere funzioni di back office in collaborazione con i team di supporto alle vendite e team supply chain per fornire informazioni ai vari interlocutori.

  • Contribuire alla gestione ottimale dei livelli di servizio verso i clienti e degli inventari in collaborazione con il resto della Direzione Planning e in linea con le strategie aziendali;

  • Supportare la definizione e la revisione dei piani di merchandising in linea con le prestazioni attuali e previste per il mercato di riferimento.

  • Essere il punto di contatto per tutti i progetti relativi al mercato di riferimento supportandone proattivamente la realizzazione.

  • Supportare l’implementazione delle soluzioni IT di supporto alle attività di Demand Planning.

  • Supportare l’implementazione e la gestione del sistema di monitoraggio per i principali KPI del mercato di riferimento.

  • Supportare la gestione dei cicli di vita del prodotto e l’implementazione nel mercato di riferimento.

Who you are

  • Laurea in discipline economiche/scientifiche

  • Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi di 1/2 anni in contesti multinazionali verrà considerata un plus

  • La conoscenza del sistema SAP verrà considerata un plus

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel

  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione

  • Attitudine al problem solving
