**Job Description**:

- Your opportunity_

We are currently seeking a POS Material Specialist who will report to Senior POS Material Manager as part of our dynamic Visual Merchandising team in Padua.

Working along with the Brand Management and Trade Marketing teams to develop and coordinate all institutional & seasonal visual materials and visual merchandising guidelines needed for the different markets in respect of the relevant timing and budget.
- How you will contribute_
- Development of in-store materials and visual displays in accordance with the Brand’s guidelines and markets needs
- To brief external agencies and suppliers for the POS materials needed, evaluation of prototypes & estimates and presentation to the Brand for the final approval
- To collect and share all information needed to the Purchasing department and Logistic to place the PO with relevant timing and delivery schedule
- To analyse the POP’s trends data to understand the single items performances in different markets
- Supporting the brand manager’s team and Trade Marketing through active participation in the brief preparation and all documents needed for the creativity execution of the POS materials
- Who you are_
- 2 years of work experience in the luxury accessories or cosmetics industry
- Experience with luxury brand licenses
- Good knowledge of the main materials used for the POS material development
- Good knowledge of production processes and technical aspects of the POS material industrialization
- Experience of working with POP material suppliers (from brief to prototypes evaluation and items industrializations, analysis of relevant estimates)
- Proficiency in Power Point and Excel
- Good written and spoken English
- Good time management and activity planning skills
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to details
