Local Third Party Risk Management Expert About the Job
The Third Party Risk Management Office is involved in evaluating the risk and managing the counter-measure for each external provider IT contracts. The function is centralized at Allianz Group level, so processes and tools are defined at Group level, and each country must implement locally what is defined at central level, interacting with all the actors involved: Service Owner, Procurement, Legal, Risk Management. This activity is crucial to properly manage provided services and to guarantee adherence to Regulatory and Compliance (including DORA relevant topics).
The Local TPRM Expert will be part of the Procurement Team of Allianz Technology S.p.A. and must be the focal point for all TPRM activities in the country, managing the interaction with the Central TPRM team and coordinating Local stakeholders' activity to assess the proper risk and to define the proper action and the proper clauses to insert in each contract before signing it.
What you do
Actively support the implementation of the Third Party Framework (Policies and Standards) and oversee and monitor compliance with it.
Interact with Service Owner to understand the scope-of-work of each IT contract, helping him/her in classifying the risk to buy a specific activity from an external provider.
Support Service Owner in driving DORA contract classification, reviewing risk rating provided by Service Owner, aligning the outcomes with Central TPRM team and local Risk Management function with respect to Outsourcing policies.
Align with Legal the relevant contract template to use for each assessed service.
Help Service Owner in defining an Exit Plan Strategy for specific critical contracts.
Develop, prepare and roll out TPRM awareness campaigns for the local entity to continuously ensure an adequate level of awareness within local stakeholders.
Represent the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all TPRM relevant topics for both Local and Global stakeholders.
What you bring
Proven experience in provider management and IT services.
Clear understanding of outsourcing services.
Contractualization, negotiation, and auditor skills will represent a plus.
Good knowledge of EU and local regulatory environment and standards regarding ICT and Third Party Risk Management and Resilience.
8+ years' experience in risk management and risk analysis.
Academic background or degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Legal.
