Job Overview

Allianz Technology is seeking a highly skilled Local Third Party Risk Management Expert to join our Procurement Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of risks associated with external IT service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively support the implementation of the Third Party Framework (Policies and Standards) and oversee compliance with it.
  • Work closely with Service Owners to understand the scope of work for each IT contract and help them identify potential risks.
  • Support Service Owners in driving DORA contract classification, reviewing risk ratings, and aligning outcomes with the Central TPRM team and local Risk Management function.
  • Collaborate with Legal to develop and maintain contract templates that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks associated with external IT service providers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness about TPRM best practices among local stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all TPRM-related matters within the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in provider management and IT services.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing services and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • 8+ years of experience in risk management and risk analysis.
  • Academic background or degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Law.
