Per un prestigioso Studio di Family Office, con attività anche di Commercialisti, siamo alla ricerca di una figura precisa, curiosa e organizzata, che desideri crescere in un ambiente elegante, riservato e strutturato. È il lavoro adatto se non vuoi fare solo il contabile da ufficio, ma vuoi vedere con i tuoi occhi lo stato degli immobili, seguirne l’evoluzione e contribuire concretamente alla loro valorizzazione. La risorsa - con un paio di anni di esperienza - sarà coinvolta nella gestione a 360° di patrimoni immobiliari, lavorando in team con professionisti di lunga esperienza e referenti tecnici consolidati. Gestione contrattuale: stipula, registrazione, imposta di registro; Emissione di fatture e ricevute (trimestrali); Relazione con avvocati per eventuali pratiche legali; Gestione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, anche attraverso una rete di fornitori di fiducia pronti a intervenire; CIS, certificazioni antincendio, scadenze impiantistiche come ascensori e messa a terra); Partecipazione a riunioni interne operative per la valutazione degli immobili e degli inquilini (analisi scaduti, gestione problematiche, rivalutazione canoni, ecc.); Supporto nella pianificazione fiscale (IMU, imposte) e nella predisposizione di prospetti interni. È richiesta una buona dimestichezza con Excel, capacità di organizzazione e desiderio di apprendere in un contesto dove ogni dettaglio conta. Lo studio ha recentemente adottato un gestionale evoluto, adattato alle specificità della gestione patrimoniale privata. Nessuno smart working: il valore della professione si costruisce nei piccoli scambi quotidiani.
