Pardgroup, gruppo leader nei settori del Marketing Operativo sulla GDO / GDS, dei Servizi Retail e delle vendite, in ottica di potenziamento del proprio organico, ricerca una figura di HR Business Partner dedicata al Field Operations Department. La risorsa, inserita all'interno della divisione HR e a riporto del Senior HR Business Partner, svolgerà le seguenti attività:
Ricerca e selezione del personale: pubblicazione annunci, screening CV, interviste telefoniche e convocazione dei candidati;
Gestione dei rapporti di lavoro: assunzioni, cessazioni, proroghe/rinnovi, procedimenti disciplinari;
Supporto di prossimità alle attività di amministrazione del personale e payroll;
Supporto al business nella definizione dei costi del lavoro in fase di prevendita e consuntivazione;
Redazione e aggiornamento di manuali e procedure;
Esecuzione delle attività legate al performance management;
Strutturazione,aggiornamento e analisi della reportistica HR;
Rilevazione deifabbisogni formativi ed implementazione delle politiche di learning & development;
Laurea in materie umanistiche (con indirizzo HR), in giurisprudenza, in economia o conoscenze equivalenti apprese on-the-job;
Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in un ruolo analogo o come HR Generalist;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo di Word ed Excel;
conoscenza delle dinamiche e della normativa propria del lavoro intermittente;
conoscenza della lingua inglese.
