Operations and Maintenance Manager – Wind and Solar Principali Responsabilità Il/la candidato/a si occuperà di:
  • Calendarizzare le attività di manutenzione programmate sugli impianti e programmare le relative azioni
  • Pianificare le attività a partire dai contratti stipulati
  • Supportare e controllare il feedback dei rapporti stilati sulle attività svolte
  • Gestire gli interventi in caso di guasto degli impianti, supportando le squadre e i tecnici nella risoluzione dei guasti
  • Gestire il magazzino in termini di scorte strategiche e di analisi degli spare parts
  • Dialogare con Asset Management per la valutazione delle performance degli impianti
Requisiti Richiesti La/Il candidata/o ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo con provenienza da settore industriale nel coordinamento di squadre (sarà un plus la provenienza dal settore energy)
  • Formazione elettro-tecnica
  • Propensione alla gestione di team/squadre operative
  • Gestione delle società/subappaltatori e dei collaboratori esterni
  • Esperienza tecnica nel medesimo ruolo 5-8 anni (background elettro-tecnico) da settore industriale nel coordinamento di squadre (plus da FER)
  • Attitudine analitica e capacità di problem-solving
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Capacità analitiche, proattività, problem-solving e capacità organizzative
  • Interesse a lavorare per una società internazionale con grandi potenzialità di sviluppo e crescita
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte su territorio nazionale (principalmente
  • Centro-Sud Italia)
