Randstad Italia Spa - specialty office - ricerca, per Azienda leader nella distribuzione di prodotti chimici e ingredienti, un Customer Service. Sede di Lavoro: Bentivoglio (Bologna).Inquadramento Iniziale: Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione (6 mesi iniziali + 6 mesi di rinnovo), finalizzato a stabilizzazione in staff leasing.Laurea e/o Diploma in Lingue o Economia.
~ Esperienza pregressa, anche minima, nel ruolo di Customer Service, Ufficio Ordini o ruoli amministrativi similari.
~ Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese ​(B2)
~ Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire il carico di lavoro in modo efficiente.

Inserimento e gestione degli ordini a sistema gestionale, garantendo accuratezza e tempestività.
~ Interfaccia diretta con il Cliente​ per la gestione delle richieste, l'aggiornamento sullo stato degli ordini e la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
~​Comunicazione costante con la Forza Commerciale per allineamento su disponibilità, prezzi e procedure.
~ Gestione email, ​con comunicazioni in lingua inglese.
