Azienda Cliente con sede in Formigine , con 90 dipendenti , operante da quasi 20 anni sul territorio e specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di sistemi termici personalizzati , ci ha affidato l'incarico di individuare una Persona interessata a ricoprire il ruolo di Customer Service , da assumere a tempo determinato , con possibilità di futura assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Sede di lavoro : Formigine
Il ruolo di Customer Service ricercato, sarà il punto di riferimento per la gestione completa del processo di ordine, dalla ricezione all'evasione, garantendo un supporto efficiente e di alta qualità ai clienti. Sarà inoltre responsabile di attività di back office commerciale, monitoraggio delle previsioni e del budget di vendita e dell'organizzazione del materiale informativo e di tutte le comunicazioni ordinarie verso i clienti.
possesso di diploma;
ottima conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata ; è preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua tra francese e tedesco; pregressa esperienza maturata nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni in realtà industriali di medie dimensioni; buone competenze informatiche e buon uso del pacchetto Office, compreso Excel ad un livello avanzato;
disponibilità a svolgere orario di lavoro a tempo pieno : dalle ore 8:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00, dal lunedì al venerdì; Se ritieni di possedere i requisiti per ricoprire questo ruolo CANDIDATI e sarai contattato da un Account della FILIALE di FIORANO MODENESE.
