We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at one of hotel Mangia’s Sardinia Resort . The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with Mangia’s hospitality standards.
Managing and coordinating the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfaction
Supervising beverage preparation and ensuring the quality of the products served
Monitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Leading pre-shift briefings with team members
Inspecting staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies
Planning work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar team
Previous experience in the role within luxury hospitality or similar environments
Proficiency in French and English
Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol service
Strong skills in team management and inventory control
Customer service orientation
Understanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketing
