Mangia’s Sardinia Resorts is looking for an Event Manager to join the MICE department within the Operations area. The role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the creation of memorable experiences that reflect the elegance and authenticity of Italian hospitality.
Event Planning & Execution: Design and manage events from concept to completion, aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
Budget Management: Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution across departments.
Anticipate and resolve challenges to guarantee seamless event delivery.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports, including BEO, ODS, and P&L.
Ensure each event reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and emotional guest connection.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or MICE coordination within upscale or luxury hospitality.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in event documentation and reporting tools.
