TXT e-Tech, part of TXT Group , is looking for a Project Engineer to join its growing team and contribute to the delivery of innovative digital initiatives, including software solutions, digital platforms, data-driven services, AI applications, digital twins, and web/mobile products.
The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and technical requirements. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, they will translate business needs into effective digital solutions while overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Manage digital projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics.
- Monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, priorities, and change requests.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements and organizational needs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards.
Business & Technical Coordination
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the definition and prioritization of project backlogs, user stories, and business requirements documents.
- Coordinate activities involving software architecture, system integrations, data flows, APIs, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with development teams, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and validate proposed solutions, ensuring compliance with business objectives and company standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact between business owners, development teams, data specialists, external vendors, and technology partners.
- Facilitate project meetings, progress reviews, steering committees, and decision‑making sessions.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Quality & Release Management
- Oversee testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality.
- Support deployment and go‑live phases, ensuring a smooth transition into production environments.
- Monitor post‑release activities and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience or strong understanding of software and digital projects, including web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI‑based solutions.
- Knowledge of IT architectures, APIs, system integrations, and data platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to understand, create, and contribute to technical and functional documentation (e.g., BRD, SRS, SOW, roadmaps).
- Strong planning, organizational, and project control skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
