The Role We are searching for a Sales Manager with a strong focus on sales with mobile gaming industry expertise. Your primary responsibility will involve negotiating and closing long-term deals. The role does not imply cold calls, but various modern ways of lead generation, establishing contacts, and building relationships. Responsibilities Act as SDR and generate leads Meet with potential clients virtually, research their needs and identify how our solutions address them Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts This full-time contract includes a fixed salary and a commission of up to 20% of the first payment and up to 4% during the year. We prioritize outcomes over processes and do not monitor working hours, allowing you to manage your daily schedule. Ideal Profile Qualifications Two or more years of experience in B2B sales in the F2P mobile or any gaming outsourcing field Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Sales Support role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment and IT Services industry. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard What's on Offer?
