Logistics Manager – Luxury Fragrance House Location: Milan (near Centrale) Start: Immediate Our client, a prestigious luxury fragrance brand with an international footprint, is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join their Milan headquarters. This is a critical and urgent hire, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of global shipments and supporting both retail and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on logistics expertise within beauty, fragrance, or related sectors, with mandatory experience handling dangerous goods (ADR/DC). Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily shipments across global markets Prepare, print, and manage all shipping documentation (delivery notes, DDT, packing lists, waybills) Enter and process customer orders within the management system Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers Maintain and archive export/import documentation Monitor warehouse inventory Track shipment progress and resolve logistical issues proactively Liaise with airlines, couriers, and road transport partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery Support E-commerce operations (shipping documents, invoicing, etc.) Ensure compliance with all ADR/DC requirements Candidate Profile Minimum 4–5 years' experience in logistics and shipping, ideally within fragrance, beauty, or FMCG Mandatory experience handling dangerous goods (ADR & DC) Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and ability to operate under pressure Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Fluent English (B2 level or above) Bachelor's degree Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce) is an advantage Flexible, analytical, and proactive mindset Immediate availability preferred What's on Offer Full-time, permanent role in a global luxury fragrance house Meal vouchers (€200/month) Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00–18:00 Opportunity to join a renowned brand during an exciting stage of growth
