Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Production Supervisor to join one of the production departments (Packaging, Formulation, Filling, Visual Inspection) at the Sesto Fiorentino (FI) plant .
Coordinate production activities within the assigned team, ensuring the execution of production plans and responding promptly to any issues.
Monitor, verify, and approve process operations recorded in the documents.
Ensure compliance with GMP standards , dressing procedures, data integrity, and process operating procedures.
Participate in the development of production plans.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Manage and oversee the training of new team members , ensuring proper onboarding and integration of new employees within the department.
English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
