Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a Production Supervisor to join one of the production departments (Packaging, Formulation, Filling, Visual Inspection) at the Sesto Fiorentino (FI) plant. Responsibilities - Coordinate production activities within the assigned team, ensuring the execution of production plans and responding promptly to any issues. - Monitor, verify, and approve process operations recorded in the documents. - Ensure compliance with GMP standards, dressing procedures, data integrity, and process operating procedures. - Participate in the development of production plans. - Promote and enforce safety and environmental protection regulations, ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Conduct investigations into process deviations and prepare the necessary reports. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality. - Manage and oversee the training of new team members, ensuring proper onboarding and integration of new employees within the department. - Actively participate in performance evaluation processes, fostering a collaborative work environment in line with corporate values. Required Qualifications - Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields). - English language proficiency (minimum B2 level). - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. - Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach. - Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills - Previous experience in a similar role within structured corporate environments.
