Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Warehouse Keeper Supervisor da inserire nel Dipartimento Operation che oltre a possedere eccellenti capacità organizzative dovrà essere in grado di collaborare efficacemente con il team per garantire il buon funzionamento delle operazioni di magazzino. Responsabilità principali: Coordinare le operazioni e le attività generali di magazzino, inclusa la spedizione e la ricezione delle consegne; Controllare le scorte e documentare le transazioni e i registri di magazzino; Stoccare l'inventario in modo efficiente; Operare in modo sicuro ed efficiente le attrezzature di movimentazione dei materiali; Gestire le merci in entrata e in uscita dal magazzino, inclusi smistamento, picking e imballaggio; Compilare e verificare la documentazione fiscale e amministrativa (ricezione ed emissione dei documenti di trasporto - bolle, DDT); Coordinare le operazioni di magazzino in conformità agli standard e alle procedure CBS; Seguire le spedizioni di merci/parti ai siti CBS per garantire la consegna nei tempi previsti. Requisiti: Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente. Esperienza comprovata in un ambiente di magazzino. Competenza nell'uso di tutte le applicazioni Microsoft Office e software di gestione del magazzino. Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di problem solving.
