Laboratory Solution Expert
Il Laboratory Solution Expertr sarà responsabile dell’analisi, progettazione di soluzioni automatizzate per l’ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro nei laboratori in cui saranno presenti le nostre automazioni. Collaborerà con team interfunzionali per garantire l’efficienza, la qualità e la scalabilità dei processi, supportando l’integrazione tra tecnologie di automazione, sistemi informatici e dispositivi biomedicali.

Coordinare l’implementazione di sistemi automatizzati
Sviluppare report tecnici dettagliati a supporto di investimenti e decisioni strategiche, proponendo soluzioni modulari, flessibili e riconfigurabili secondo l’evoluzione del mercato.
Supportare le attività commerciali partecipando a meeting di vendita, fiere, congressi e altri eventi, fornendo competenze tecniche a supporto della promozione del prodotto.
Collaborare con i team Marketing e Sales per assicurare che i messaggi promozionali riflettano accuratamente i vantaggi tecnici e operativi delle soluzioni.

Laurea in Ingegneria Biomedica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Biotecnologie, Chimica o affini. Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili in aziende del settore biomedicale, pharma, diagnostica o automazione industriale.
Esperienza pratica nella gestione di progetti di automazione in ambito laboratorio.
Familiarità con metodologie Lean, Six Sigma, project management (es. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
Job title: Laboratory Solution Expert
The Laboratory Solution Expert will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of automated solutions for workflow optimization in the laboratories where our automations will be present. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, quality and scalability of processes, supporting the integration between automation technologies, information systems and biomedical devices.

Monitor KPIs related to productivity, cycle times, operating costs, and compliance.
Develop detailed technical reports to support investments and strategic decisions, proposing modular, flexible, and reconfigurable solutions in line with market evolution.
Support commercial activities by participating in sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other events, providing technical expertise to promote the product.
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles in companies in the biomedical, pharma, diagnostics or industrial automation sectors.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, project management methodologies (e.Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
