**Product Marketing Specialist - Breakers**:

**This position reports to**:
EL Product Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understand and study the full Circuit Breakers product range to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert.
- Be an expert and reliable consultant and support to our customers, both in answering their questions and clarifying any doubts, and in solving their post sales issues.
- Plan and implement local product strategies and launches to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global product strategy.
- Visit customers and partners by travelling all around Italy, together with Sales people, to listen and understand market needs and trends.
- Deploy Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective.
- Work in cross-functional team as part of task forces, focused on developing the key strate-gic initiatives for the net years, using AGILE methodology.
- Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view.

**Your background**:

- A bachelor or master degree in electrical, electronic, energy or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar as preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Willing to travel around Italy to meet customers and partners together with sales team.
- Ability to understand customer needs will be crucial for your success. Able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes both in Italian and English.
- Interested in, even enthusiast, about marketing and digital sales channels.
