**Internship - Product Marketing Specialist**:

We are seeking a fresh graduate for a Product Marketing Internship for our Electrification - ELDS Business Line in the Local Division based in Dalmine (BG). The trainee will be responsible to implement marketing activities in terms of customer’s experience.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement strategies to enhance the customer’s experience from offer preparation to delivery of the product, listening customer’s needs and streamlining activities thus meeting their expectation.
- With a customer centric approach analyze pain points of our customers and define the implementation of specific improvements.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor or master degree in Engineering or Marketing and Communication.
- Advanced knowledge of Office.
- Fluent Italian and English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in Team.
- Creativity, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation will complete your profile.
