The Global Product Specialist is in charge of driving the long-term profitable growth globally of the Molded Case Circuit Breakers portfolio within the Product Group Breakers and Enclosures. You will work with the Research and Development teams during the products development phase and with the marketing and sales teams to define marketing plans and execute new products launches. You will cooperate in the development and management activities of the Molded Case Circuit Breakers families through all phases of the life cycle according to market needs and the strategy and targets for the product group.

Global PG Product Management Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proposing new product development or enhancement in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
- Contributing to the definition of new product technical characteristics by providing specific expertise.
- Developing a business plan for the assigned projects, tracking performance metrics and implementing measures for maximum profitability.
- Developing sales and marketing tools, and creating product training modules and programs; defining global pricing strategies.
- Assist sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of new products.
- Collaborating with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with resolution of customer related issues and may accompany internal partners to customer sites.
- Heading up studies of market intelligence, defining market segmentation and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio.

**Your background**:

- Master Degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of experience, working as product manager or in marketing filed for electro-mechanical products
- Sound knowledge of the global market for circuit breaker
- Management experience in sales, engineering and operational projects
- Proficiency in English; Italian language knowledge is a plus
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
- Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and management skills
