We are seeking a Spa Receptionist with a warm, professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in wellness to become a key point of connection for our guests. Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a seamless and personalized spa journey from arrival to departure. Manage spa bookings, schedules, and guest inquiries efficiently, both in person and digitally. Act as an ambassador for the spa and Seed to Skin Tuscany , confidently presenting treatments, rituals, and skincare products. Collaborate closely with therapists and the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold impeccable luxury standards, maintaining a calm, organized, and refined reception environment. Previous experience in a spa within a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable. A genuine appreciation for holistic well-being, beauty, and the brand philosophy. Fluency in both English and Italian is required to serve an international clientele.
