We are seeking a Spa Receptionist ready to join our dedicated wellness team in a serene and refined environment. The ideal candidate is polished, service-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality. Guest Experience & Reception Booking & Administration Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure that reception, waiting areas, and retail spaces remain immaculate and welcoming. Collaborate closely with therapists and spa management to support smooth operations. Promote spa products, including items from our natural skincare brand, providing informed recommendations. Previous experience as a spa receptionist in a luxury hospitality is preferred. Professional appearance and polished guest-service etiquette. Fluency in English required; Italian is a strong plus.
