As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking dynamic Guest Relations Agent for our Excelsior Hotel SPA & Lido in Pesaro.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout every stage of the stay. You will be actively involved in daily Guest Relations operations, acting as a central point of contact for guests and internal departments.
The ideal candidate is naturally service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Contribute to the planning, preparation, and coordination of guest stays, ensuring every detail is carefully managed
Act as a liaison between Guest Relations and other departments, including Room Service, Food & Beverage, SPA & Wellness, Sporting Facilities, Reservations, Concierge, and Guest Services
Represent the Excelsior Hotel SPA & Lido brand at all times, embodying its values, mission, and vision
Deliver ultra-luxury service with a refined, intuitive, and engaging approach
At least 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations role within a hospitality or luxury hotel environment
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English and Italian
A seasonal contract with the possibility of renewal, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Tourism Industry
