As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking dynamic Guest Relations Agent for our Excelsior Hotel SPA & Lido in Pesaro.Position Overview:You will play a key role in delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout every stage of the stay. You will be actively involved in daily Guest Relations operations, acting as a central point of contact for guests and internal departments.The ideal candidate is naturally service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will consistently apply service standards while creating meaningful and memorable interactions with both guests and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the planning, preparation, and coordination of guest stays, ensuring every detail is carefully managedProvide timely and accurate follow-up to guest requests and preferencesAct as a liaison between Guest Relations and other departments, including Room Service, Food & Beverage, SPA & Wellness, Sporting Facilities, Reservations, Concierge, and Guest ServicesPromote hotel services and experiences effectively, supporting upselling and revenue objectivesApply and uphold Preferred Hotels & Resorts service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every guest interactionSupport a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and high team moraleRepresent the Excelsior Hotel SPA & Lido brand at all times, embodying its values, mission, and visionEnsure guest satisfaction from pre-arrival through departure, offering continuous support and assistancePersonalize services according to individual guest needs and expectations, accommodating special requests whenever possibleDeliver ultra-luxury service with a refined, intuitive, and engaging approachProtect guest privacy and ensure the confidentiality and security of personal informationDemonstrate flexibility and cooperation with other departments when operational needs require itRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations role within a hospitality or luxury hotel environmentStrong organizational skills with a results-driven and excellence-oriented mindsetExcellent written and spoken knowledge of English and ItalianProfessional demeanor, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for guest satisfactionWhat we offer:A seasonal contract with the possibility of renewal, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Tourism IndustryEntry into a growing hotel group that values skill development and employee recognitionA stimulating, professional work environment focused on qualityFriends & Family rate valid across all Lindbergh group properties
