Adler Evo srl, per il suo stabilimento di Pianfei (CN) (circa 200 dipendenti), ricerca un:
HR Plant Manager .
A riporto del HR Director ed a supporto del Plant Manager funzionalmente si occuperà della gestione e dello sviluppo delle risorse del plant di riferimento, fungendo da supporto ai responsabili di funzione negli aspetti legati alla gestione delle persone e dei team.
Principali responsabilità.

  • Supervisione di tutte le attività legate a presenze e payroll e pratiche relative all’amministrazione del personale.
  • Selezione del personale sia diretto che in somministrazione lavoro, stesura dei contratti di assunzione, proroga / trasformazione.
  • Gestione del processo di Talent Mapping, Succession Plan e Performance evaluation.
  • Pianificazione e gestione di corsi di formazione e di piani di sviluppo.
  • Partecipazione attiva alla definizione del budget annuale per il costo del personale.
  • Gestione delle relazioni sindacali di stabilimento con la RSU e le OO.SS territoriali.
  • Gestione del contenzioso e disciplinare.
  • Supporto day by day con i responsabili di funzione su tematiche relative alla gestione del personale.
Requisiti:
  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza / Economia o discipline umanistiche.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni in aziende del manufacturing.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese.
