Per il nostro Headquarter di Milano , siamo alla ricerca di un Buyer Service Expert.
Responsabilità:
Supporto al Global Commodity Manager e coordinamento con i buyer dell’Unità di appartenenza nella gestione del budget e definizione della strategia di acquisto dei beni e servizi, in stretta collaborazione e concerto con gli enti richiedenti;
Gestione dell’intero processo di sourcing: Definizione della Supplier List all’interno della Vendor List, predisposizione delle richieste di offerta da sottoporre ai fornitori e gestione delle attività di negoziazione commerciale e contrattuale con i fornitori identificati, al fine di perseguire gli obiettivi di economicità, sinergia, eccellenza qualitativa ed ottimizzazione del lead time;
Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, del dipartimento e dell’unità di appartenenza;
Rispetto e garanzia delle procedure di approvvigionamento e compliance;
Analisi, comparazione e valutazione delle offerte ricevute dai fornitori, assicurandone la verifica tecnica da parte delle Direzioni Corporate/Unità Operative richiedenti e predisposizione delle tabulazioni di sintesi delle offerte finali e della recommendation;
Stesura dei termini e delle condizioni relative ai contratti/ordini d’acquisto, con il supporto del Legal Department e del Contract Department ed in coordinamento con le Direzioni richiedenti;
Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori nel rispetto del Codice etico, del Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e controllo ex D.Lgs 231/2001 e del Modello Anti-Corruzione;
Supporto ai Regional Procurement Manager e ai Purchasing Manager nella realizzazione dei piani di approvvigionamento delle Unità Operative in ottica di massimizzazione dell’efficienza e dell’efficacia;
Supporto nell’analisi della reportistica e identificazione, di concerto con il Global Commodity Manager e Vendor Management, di azioni correttive al fine di gestire e mitigare le criticità rilevate nell’esecuzione del processo d’approvvigionamento.
Requisiti minimi:
Almeno + 4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo all’interno di contesti multinazionali;
Capacità di analisi del mercato e benchmarking;
Selezione, sviluppo e gestione della supply base;
Competenze contrattualistiche, capacità di leggere e implementare le clausole contrattuali di maggior rilievo;
Capacità di effettuare analisi del valore e dei driver di costo primo;
Eccellente padronanza di MS Office;
Conoscenza fluente dell’Inglese;
Conoscenza ERP SAP.
