Ihre Aufgaben Main Accountabilities Define the business strategy in collaboration with the regional director Manage service teams and back office LCS Define operational marketing plans in collaboration with Regional Director LCS and Marketing Regional Manager Establish sales targets and implement Participate in negotiations with customers if necessary Key account management Study and follow the trends of the market and competition Train sales team on new products and developments Develop tools (arguments) for products and services (brochure, marketing campaign) Analyze the sales figures and follow the evolution of margins Update and follow-up of the CRM Responsibility for the validation of logistics and software solutions to our customers Quotation responsibility Develop the skills of his team Safety responsibility Development of short, medium- and long-term business plans Contribute to the team's performance by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing their support and involvement in all activities.
