Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment.
Your tasks Main AccountabilitiesDefine the business strategy in collaboration with the regional directorManage service teams and back office LCSDefine operational marketing plans in collaboration with Regional Director LCS and Marketing Regional ManagerEstablish sales targets and implementParticipate in negotiations with customers if necessaryKey account managementStudy and follow the trends of the market and competitionTrain sales team on new products and developmentsDevelop tools (arguments) for products and services (brochure, marketing campaign)Analyze the sales figures and follow the evolution of marginsUpdate and follow-up of the CRMResponsibility for the validation of logistics and software solutions to our customersQuotation responsibilityDevelop the skills of his teamSafety responsibilityDevelopment of short, medium- and long-term business plansContribute to the team's performance by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing their support and involvement in all activitiesEnsure all customer feedback is recorded to support our culture of continuous improvementYour profile Job Requirements Training/Education

Safety knowledge
