This position is ideal for an ambitious candidate who is willing to supervise and develop a team, maintain an excellent standard of service meanwhile managing the relationship with our Guests. Reports to : Executive Housekeeper. Ensure that housekeeping requests by Guests are responded to in a timely and efficient manner and where possible anticipate Guest's needs; Guarantee daily inspection of Guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas to maintain and reach our service standard; Help in maintaining all department inventories and cleaning schedules; Support the Executive Housekeeper to maintain the décor of staff house, lockers and back of the house; Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the housekeeping staff appraisal, training and development; Comply with the financial objectives of the department. Opportunity to stay in one of our hotels at a reduced rate (35€ per night) upon reaching 6 working months. You will also be entitled to 50% discount at bars and restaurants of the Company and 20% discount on wellness treatments at our Spa and on products "Irene Forte". Staff celebrations. Service excellence : Delivers service standards, which consistently exceed guest expectations. Technically skilled : Demonstrates and understands job requirements and displays the technical skills and knowledge required to perform job well and in line with the departmental SOPs. Other requirements : PC literate; Previous professional experience in the same role is preferred; High School certificate.
