Palazzo Ripetta 5 Star Independent Hotel is looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, who will integrate into our Team, guaranteeing an excellent and quality service to our Guests
**Descrizione del lavoro**
- Garantire, nel rispetto dell'immagine e degli standard aziendali, la pulizia e il riordino delle camere e di tutte le aree comuni dell'hotel.
- Supportare la pianificazione della prima governante
- Predispone gli interventi necessari per risolvere le problematiche relative allo stato delle camere, errori di addebito ed altri disservizi.
- Garantisce il rispetto delle regole aziendali, dei requisiti statutari e legali in materia di incendi, salute e sicurezza.
- Guarantee, in compliance with the company image and standards, the cleaning and tidying of the rooms and all common areas of the hotel. - Support the planning of the first housekeeper - Prepares the necessary interventions to resolve problems relating to the state of the rooms, charging errors and other inefficiencies. - Ensures compliance with company rules, statutory and legal requirements regarding fire, health and safety.
**Qualifiche**
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 1 anno nella posizione o come Housekeeping Supervisor in Hotel 5 stelle;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative verbali e scritte in lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a turnazioni full time, anche serali;
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Predisposizione a lavorare in team.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in the position or as Housekeeping Supervisor in 5 star hotels;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Availability for full time shifts, including evenings;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team.
