About the Role This is a strategic and hands‐on leadership role at the intersection of sales excellence, commercial strategy, and business unit growth. You'll work closely with founders, BU leaders, and GTM teams to develop repeatable enterprise sales models, accelerate revenue post‐acquisition, and expand our footprint with mid‐market and enterprise clients globally. What You'll Do Build and scale enterprise sales playbooks — segmentation, value proposition, qualification, and closing frameworks. Lead and coach AE teams and founders on enterprise sales, negotiation, and multi‐stakeholder management. Collaborate with marketing, AI, and customer success to drive predictable, high‐quality lead generation. Design and track sales performance metrics — dashboards, review cadences, and continuous improvement. Standardize enterprise GTM operations post‐acquisition, aligning new teams with Shop Circle standards. What You'll Bring 8 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, including leadership of AE or regional teams. Proven track record of closing complex, multi‐stakeholder deals (€50K ACV). Expertise in building and institutionalizing enterprise sales playbooks across multiple products or markets. Strategic, data‐driven mindset with the ability to balance execution and vision.
