The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.**About the Role**The Executive Pastry Chef oversees all pastry and bakery operations within the hotel, ensuring that each creation reflects the quality, creativity, and attention to detail synonymous with Four Seasons standards. What You Will Do*** Lead and coordinate daily pastry and bakery operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and production efficiency.* Develop and implement innovative, seasonal menus and signature desserts that align with the hotel’s culinary vision.* Oversee preparation for all outlets, including restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining, maintaining excellence in taste and aesthetics.* Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control for pastry ingredients and supplies.* Maintain full compliance with Four Seasons, local, and federal food safety and sanitation standards.* Inspect production areas and finished products regularly to ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards.* Partner with other culinary leaders and departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless service delivery**What You Bring*** 3–5 years of progressive pastry and bakery leadership experience, preferably in a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment.* Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or a related discipline; Excellent understanding of food safety, allergen management, and sanitation practices.* Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.**What We Offer*** Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package* Excellent Training and Development opportunities* Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide* Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms* Complimentary Employee Meals**Schedule & Location*** Full-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.* You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
