The role is part of a team of assistants supporting various bankers and includes full in-house and remote training, as well as ongoing support. Offerta Key Responsibilities - Expense processing and timely expense management - Invoice processing - Phone answering, transferring calls internally and externally, and relaying messages promptly and accurately via email - Coordinating internal/external room bookings and video conferences across multiple locations - Managing car/taxi bookings - Organizing travel bookings and amendments - Scheduling meetings and entering travel details in Outlook - Handling ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow - Providing day-to-day support to teams and assisting with various queries Competenze ed esperienza Requirements - Knowledge of M365 (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel)- Ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities - Strong dependability and high attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask - Excellent professional communication skills (in person, by phone, and by email)- Comfort interacting with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally - Team player able to work under pressure in a changing environment - Flexibility and adaptability to support multiple teams - Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving attitude - Strong discretion when handling confidential information - English language required - fluent - Belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99) Completa l'offerta Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 11:00 - 19:30 (7.5 hours, 1-hour lunch break)- Friday: 11:00 - 19:00 (7.5 hours, 1-hour lunch break)#J-18808-Ljbffr
