Protected Categories Zone: Center of MilanAzienda A global financial company is looking for a Junior Assistant Administrator (Protected Categories) to join its Milan office. The role is part of a team of assistants supporting various bankers and includes full in-house and remote training, as well as ongoing support. Offerta Key ResponsibilitiesExpense processing and timely expense management Invoice processing Phone answering, transferring calls internally and externally, and relaying messages promptly and accurately via email Coordinating internal/external room bookings and video conferences across multiple locations Managing car/taxi bookings Organizing travel bookings and amendments Scheduling meetings and entering travel details in Outlook Handling ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow Providing day-to-day support to teams and assisting with various queriesCompetenze ed esperienza RequirementsKnowledge of M365 (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel) Ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities Strong dependability and high attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask Excellent professional communication skills (in person, by phone, and by email) Comfort interacting with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally Team player able to work under pressure in a changing environment Flexibility and adaptability to support multiple teams Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving attitude Strong discretion when handling confidential information English language required - fluent Belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99)Completa l'offerta Working HoursMonday to Thursday: 11:00 - 19:30 (7.5 hours, 1-hour lunch break) Friday: 11:00 - 19:00 (7.5 hours, 1-hour lunch break)#J-18808-Ljbffr
