Job Description
Lead and manage project planning and scheduling activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tendering to project closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with contractual requirements. Develop, maintain, and integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules into a comprehensive project execution plan. Monitor schedule performance using Critical Path Method (CPM), float management, analytics, and digital reporting tools to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions proactively. Provide regular progress reporting, schedule updates, S-curves, baseline deviation analysis, and contractual schedule documentation to support project performance and claims prevention. Collaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers, and consortium partners to ensure effective schedule management and alignment across all stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by implementing scheduling standards, work instructions, automation initiatives, onboarding new Project Schedulers, and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. Qualifications 7+ years' experience in EPC project execution (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning), including civil works and plant business. Strong technical knowledge combined with project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, influence internal and external stakeholders, and successfully deliver project objectives. High level of assertiveness, flexibility, resilience, and ability to work methodically in complex project environments. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project , schedule integration with ERP/digital platforms, AI-enabled planning tools, and MS Office. Excellent communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in Italian and English . Additional Information Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00) Home Office possible 2 days a week Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
